Eligibility
Products must be unopened, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
Process
Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
